Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Velora Market. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at sales@veloramarket.ca or +1 587-386-0160 with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm your return is eligible and provide instructions for sending the item back to us.
Please do not send items back to us without first contacting us, as returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

You're also welcome to drop off returns in person at our store during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm).
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@veloramarket.ca with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please start a return for the original item and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
